Vehicle access is from Lakeside Drive. Use Lakeside Drive for GPS.

Kingsland Manor is located just off Route 3, across from Clifton Commons, just west of the Route 21 interchange. The house can be seen from Kingsland Street, but vehicle access is from Lakeside Drive.

From Western NJ or Pennsylvania
Take Route 80 East to Exit 53, the 2nd Route 46 East exit, (the East To route 46, route 3, Wayne, Clifton, Lincoln Tunnel exit). Take route 46 east to route 3 east. Stay right at fork for Route 3 East. Take Route 3 East to the Main Avenue Nutley/Passaic exit.

From the Garden State Parkway
From GSP South – exit 153 on the left to Route 3 East. Take Rte. 3 East to the Main Avenue Nutley/Passaic exit.

From GSP North – exit 153A to Route 3 East. Take Rte. 3 East to the Main Avenue Nutley/Passaic exit.

From George Washington Bridge

From (Rts. 4 & 17)
Route 4 West to Route 17 South. Pass the NJ Meadowlands & exit onto Route 3 West. Get off at the Main Avenue Nutley/Passaic exit.

From Route 80 west

Exit 62 Saddle Brook exit. Keep left for Garden State Parkway South. Follow GSP above.

From Lincoln Tunnel
Route 405 West to Route 3 West. Pass the NJ Meadowlands and Route 17 exits. Get off on the Main Avenue Nutley/Passaic exit.

From NJ Turnpike (including Staten Island)
New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 16 W (Route 3 West). Pass the NJ Meadowlands and Route 17 exits. Get off the Main Avenue Nutley/Passaic exit.

From Route 21

From Route 21 North – Exit 8. Turn left onto Park Ave. Turn right at end onto Passaic Ave.

From Route 21 South – Exit 8. Turn left onto River Road. Turn right at light onto Park Ave. Turn right at end onto Passaic Ave.

After turning right at light onto Passaic Avenue, go straight at light at Chestnut St.

Turn right onto Lakeside Drive. (first right after Rutgers Place and park on right).

Follow Lakeside Drive to the end. Kingsland Manor will be on your right.

From Route 3 Main Ave. Clifton Exit

Via Main Ave/Passaic Avenue, heading south:

Turn left at traffic light at the bottom of the exit ramp, heading south toward Nutley.

Keep straight at light at intersection at Kingsland St. Main Ave now becomes Passaic Ave.

Turn left at Lakeside Drive (third left after light at Kingsland St).

Follow Lakeside Drive to the end. Kingsland Manor will be on your right.
